Order help
For anything about a purchase, please include your order number (it starts with CFH- and is in your confirmation email). We can help with:
- a download link that has expired or reached its download limit
- a template that doesn’t open or work as expected in Excel or Google Sheets
- invoices and receipts for your records
- refunds under our refund guarantee
Templates and guides
We welcome ideas for new templates, industries we don’t yet cover, and corrections or suggestions for our guides. If something on a page looks wrong or out of date, tell us which page and we’ll check it.
Bookkeepers, accountants and advisers
If you’d like to use our templates with clients, the bundle includes a commercial licence. For larger arrangements, email us with a little about your practice.
