This privacy policy explains how Digital Circle FZE (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit https://www.cashflowforecasttemplates.co.uk (the “site”), download a free template, subscribe to our emails, buy a template or contact us.

We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Free downloads, the newsletter and waiting lists: your email address, which template or list you signed up for, and the date.
- Purchases: when you buy a template, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, the product, the amount paid, the currency, your billing country and address where collected, and reference numbers for the payment. We never see or store your full card details.
- Messages: if you email us, the contents of your message and your contact details.
Information collected automatically
- Download records: when you download a template, we record which template and when. To count downloads without identifying you, we store a shortened, one-way hashed version of your IP address combined with the month, which we cannot turn back into your IP address.
- Checkout clicks: when you click a buy button, we record the product and the page you came from, without any personal details.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard logs such as IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read most. See the cookies section below.

We don’t use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we don’t sell your personal information.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also email contact@cashflowforecasttemplates.co.uk and we’ll remove you. Order and download emails are sent because they’re part of your purchase, even if you’ve unsubscribed from marketing.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:
- Stripe, to process payments. They act as an independent controller for payment and fraud-prevention purposes, under their own privacy policy.
- Bird.com, to send emails such as download links.
- Hostinger, to host the site and its database.
- Google Analytics, to measure how the site is used.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
If the business is sold or restructured, personal information may transfer to the new owner, who would have to use it in line with this policy.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside your country. Where information is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
How long we keep information
- Email subscribers and download sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, or until we remove inactive subscribers during our periodic reviews.
- Orders and payment records: for 6 years after the purchase, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
- Download counts: kept in hashed, non-identifying form.
- Messages: for as long as needed to deal with your request, and then for a reasonable period in case you contact us again.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider, normally a few weeks.
Cookies
The site uses one essential session cookie. It keeps forms secure, lets your download start after you enter your email, and shows your order after checkout. It is deleted when you close your browser, and the site can’t work properly without it, so it doesn’t need consent.
We also use analytics cookies from Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Where the law requires consent, we only set these cookies if you agree, and you can change your choice at any time.
When you pay, you’re taken to Stripe’s checkout page, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- ask for your information in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- complain to the data protection authority in your country
To use any of these rights, email contact@cashflowforecasttemplates.co.uk. We’ll respond within one month, and may ask you to confirm your identity first. We’d appreciate the chance to deal with any concern before you contact the regulator.
US residents
Residents of some US states, such as California, have rights to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don’t sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To make a request, email contact@cashflowforecasttemplates.co.uk. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
The site is intended for business owners and adults managing their own finances. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
We protect personal information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, restricted access to the admin area, and passwords and keys stored securely. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. No website can be completely secure, but we take care to protect the information you give us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make significant changes, we’ll make that clear on the site or by email.
